She is a nationally Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a member of the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine practice group, and is a certified Holistic Wellness Consultant. Her focus is to use natural means -like nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and massage techniques- to help turn on the body’s innate wisdom to heal and restore itself at a DNA level.

Advanced training and mentorship for several years with one the massage therapy profession’s greatest “legends” and co-founder of one of the most respected massage schools in the country informs the knowledge she has for using her hands to help the body heal. Her mentor further trained Courtney in Advanced Massage for Joint Health and in Arthritis Massage Therapy which marks her commitment to preventative care for both muscle and joint health, improving range of mobility, and reducing pain and inflammation for her clients.

Understanding and supporting needs of childbearing women is bolstered by her studies with a well known midwife of 35+ years, yielding her certification as a Holistic Doula.

Courtney is an advocate for patient centered healthcare. Her understanding of compassionate care deepened with her first mentor and teacher of massage therapy in 2004, who is a most peaceful Tibetan Buddhist monk and gifted healer.

Courtney has a National Provider Number for individuals who, on there own accord, choose to file with their insurance company.
